What is the delivery time?

The delivery process consists of two stages:

1. Processing Time

Within 1–3 business days after placing your order, it will be verified, approved, and packed. Your package will then be prepared for shipment.

2. Delivery Time

United Kingdom: 5–10 business days

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail.

Please note that all delivery times exclude any customs-related delays. During busy periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, and New Year's, deliveries may take longer than usual.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free premium shipping on all orders. This includes insurance in the event of theft, loss, or damage to your package during transit.

Where is my package?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.

You can track your order using the Track Your Order page on our website. Simply click "Track Your Order" in the main menu.

For logistical reasons, your order may be shipped in multiple separate parcels.

My tracking number isn't working

It may take up to 5 business days for tracking information to be updated.

If your tracking number still does not display any information after several days, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
